Review Procedure
The review process for submissions to Dermatology – Open Journal is designed to ensure the publication of high-quality, scientifically rigorous, and clinically relevant content. Once a manuscript is submitted, it undergoes an initial evaluation by the editorial team to verify adherence to submission guidelines and relevance to the scope of the journal. Following this, the manuscript is subjected to a double-blind peer review process, where expert reviewers assess its scientific merit, originality, methodology, and clarity. Feedback from reviewers is shared with the authors, along with recommendations for revisions or improvements. Revised manuscripts are re-evaluated to confirm that all reviewer comments have been adequately addressed. The editorial board makes the final decision on acceptance based on the reviewers’ evaluations and the overall quality of the manuscript. The process is conducted transparently and efficiently to support timely publication while upholding the integrity of dermatological research.
