Genital Necrotizing Fasciitis: Fournier's Gangrene

Abstract

Necrotizing fasciitis is characterized by a rapidly progressive infectious disease affecting skin
and soft tissue, usually accompanied by severe systemic toxicity. In fact, it is considered the
most serious expression of soft tissue infection, by its rapid destruction and tissue necrosis,
reaching more than 30% of patients checkered shock and organ failure. In recent years,
its incidence is reported at 1: 100,000. This entity in the case of perineal and genital tract
