Nested Type Urothelial Carcinoma in the Upper Urinary Tract

Abstract

We report an atypical clinical case of an infrequent subtype of upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC), with a nested variant. It
is an infrequent histological subtype with poor prognosis. Laparoscopic left nephroureterectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy (AC)
with good outcomes were performed.
