Author Guidelines

"Gynecology and Obstetrics Research – Open Journal" is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles on various aspects of gynecology and obstetrics.

Manuscript Types and Requirements:

  • Original Articles: Present novel research findings.

  • Reviews: Comprehensive overviews of specific topics within gynecology and obstetrics.

  • Editorials: Commentaries on current issues or articles published in the journal.

Manuscript Preparation:

  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in English.

  • Formatting: Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12-point), double-spaced text, and 1-inch margins on all sides.

  • Title Page: Include the title of the manuscript, full names of all authors, their affiliations, and the corresponding author's contact information.

  • Abstract: Provide a structured abstract (100-300 words) with the following headings: Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.

  • Keywords: List 3-5 keywords for indexing purposes.

  • Main Text: Organize the manuscript into the following sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Acknowledgments.

  • References: Follow the Vancouver referencing style.

Figures and Tables:

  • Figures: Should be of high quality, with a minimum resolution of 500 dpi.

  • Tables: Number tables consecutively and provide a brief title for each.

Ethical Considerations:

  • Human Studies: Authors must state that the research protocol was approved by a suitably constituted Ethics Committee and conforms to the provisions of the Declaration of Helsinki.

  • Animal Studies: Studies involving animals must adhere to ethical guidelines and be approved by an appropriate ethics committee.

Conflict of Interest:

Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to the manuscript.
