Dynamic Leadership Model of Local Administration Systems

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to encourage local community leaders (mayors) to have a different mindset and awareness that the
whole world is created on the basis of local movements, which then become global changes. So, it’s about raising self-confidence
and opening the eyes of the local authorities, what kind of power they really have, they don’t realize it. That in reality, it is the
local communities that direct the world. Municipal administrations today have become very moldy and rigid. They think very
little about development, there is no entrepreneurial mentality at all; above all, they think that they are in charge, not the residents
who are there. Therefore, in the next article, I want to show a different approach to managing the municipality, which will have
to happen if the municipalities want something more than just building roads.
