Case Report in Anesthesiology: Essential Pulmonary Hypertension in a Primigravida
Abstract
A 21-year old gravida 1, para 0, female with a past medical history of Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) secondary to a congenital heart disease (patent foramen ovale), diaphragmatic hernia status post repair, asthma, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder presented to a tertiary care hospital at 30 weeks gestation for a right heart catheterization.
