Orthopedics Research and Traumatology (ORT) is currently discoverable through the following indexing, archiving, and discovery services:

• Crossref — ORT articles are registered with Crossref, giving each published article a permanent, resolvable DOI.
• ROAD (Directory of Open Access scholarly Resources) — a global index of open-access serials, maintained by the ISSN International Centre.
• The Keepers Registry — an international registry tracking the long-term digital preservation status of e-journals.
