1. Publisher
Openventio Publishers is an independent, open-access scholarly publisher committed to giving researchers a rigorous, transparent venue to share their work, free for readers to access, across every journal we run.
We publish across clinical medicine, hematology and oncology, regenerative medicine, and related biomedical fields, with a portfolio of focused journals rather than one broad catch-all title. Each journal has its own editorial board and scope, but all operate under the same core commitments:
- Rigorous peer review — double-blind review by independent subject-matter experts for every submission.
- Transparent fees — a single, published Article Processing Charge (APC) per journal, payable only upon acceptance, with no submission fee and no hidden charges. Waivers and discounts are available for eligible authors.
- Full open access — all articles published under CC BY 4.0, with authors retaining copyright.
- Publication ethics — alignment with COPE guidelines, plagiarism screening via iThenticate on every submission.
- Long-term preservation — archiving via CLOCKSS, LOCKSS, and the PKP Preservation Network.
- Editorial independence — Openventio Publishers provides infrastructure and support but does not influence individual editorial decisions.
2. Author Guidelines
Manuscripts submitted to any Openventio Publishers journal should be prepared in English, following IEEE format for structure and citation style. A complete submission includes:
- Title page with all author names, affiliations, and the corresponding author's contact details
- Abstract (250 words or fewer) and 4-6 keywords
- Main text structured appropriately for the article type (original research, case report, review)
- Figures and tables, numbered in order of reference, submitted as separate high-resolution files (minimum 300 dpi)
- Complete, consistently formatted reference list
- Ethics approval and informed consent statements, where applicable
- Conflict of interest declaration and funding statement
- Data Availability Statement
A formatted Manuscript Template is available in the Downloads section below. All submissions are made online through the relevant journal's OJS portal, and undergo an initial editorial screening (typically within 7 days) before proceeding to peer review. Full journal-specific author policies (copyright, licensing, plagiarism, withdrawal, and more) are published on each journal's own page.

3. Editorial Guidelines
Editors across all Openventio Publishers journals are expected to:
- Evaluate manuscripts solely on scientific merit, originality, and clarity — never on author seniority, institution, or geography
- Disclose and manage conflicts of interest, recusing themselves from manuscripts involving close collaborators, family, or their own institution within the past three years
- Maintain confidentiality of submitted work throughout the review process
- Act on ethical concerns raised about a submission or published article, per COPE guidelines, regardless of whether the work has already been accepted
- Ensure peer review is conducted fairly, with at least two independent reviewers per manuscript
Each journal maintains a publicly listed editorial board with institutional affiliations, and the Editor-in-Chief's own submissions (if any) are handled entirely independently by another editor.

Reviewers are asked to evaluate manuscripts on merit alone, provide specific and constructive feedback, disclose any conflicts of interest before starting, maintain confidentiality, and respond within the requested timeframe. Full reviewer guidelines and conflict-of-interest policies are published on each journal's own page.

5. Open Access Statement
Every article published across every Openventio Publishers journal is immediately and permanently free to read, download, and share — with no embargo and no subscription, under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license. Authors retain copyright of their own work. Openventio Publishers charges a single, transparent Article Processing Charge (APC) of $1000 USD per accepted article, payable only after peer review and acceptance — there is no submission fee, and no charge for rejected manuscripts. Fee waivers and discounts are available for eligible authors; see each journal's APC Waiver Policy. We are committed to the principles of open access set out by DOAJ and OASPA.
