• ROAD (Directory of Open Access scholarly Resources) — a global index of open-access serials, maintained by the ISSN International Centre.
• The Keepers Registry — an international registry tracking the long-term digital preservation status of e-journals.
• Google Scholar — AFTNS content is discoverable through Google Scholar's citation-tracking system, with 1,346 citations currently recorded across its published articles.
