Cancer Studies and Molecular Medicine (CSMM) invites qualified researchers and academicians to join our international team of peer reviewers. Reviewers play a vital role in maintaining the scientific quality, credibility, and integrity of the journal.

Who Can Become a Reviewer

Researchers who meet one or more of the following criteria are encouraged to apply:

  • Hold a PhD, MD, or equivalent doctoral-level degree in oncology, cancer biology, molecular medicine, or a related field
  • Have an established publication record in peer-reviewed journals within cancer research or molecular oncology
  • Are actively engaged in research, clinical practice, or teaching relevant to the journal's scope
  • Possess subject expertise aligned with CSMM's Aims and Scope

Early-career researchers with relevant expertise and publications are also welcome.

Reviewer Responsibilities

As a reviewer for CSMM, you will be expected to:

  • Provide objective, constructive, and timely reviews
  • Assess manuscripts for originality, scientific rigor, and relevance
  • Maintain confidentiality of all submitted materials
  • Declare any conflicts of interest
  • Adhere to ethical standards outlined by the journal and COPE

Reviewers are not involved in final editorial decisions.

CSMM follows a double-blind peer review process, ensuring that reviewer and author identities remain confidential throughout the evaluation process.

Ethical Standards

All reviewers must comply with the COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers. Any suspected ethical concerns, including plagiarism or data manipulation, should be reported confidentially to the editor.
